Jamming all day, everyday! We're a growing food manufacturer of artisan preserves, and we're on the lookout for some awesome Production Assistants to join our team! As a Production Assistant, you'll get the chance to learn everything there is to know about small-scale food production, and you'll be involved in every aspect of producing shelf-stable foods. From preparing ingredients to cooking to packaging and cleaning, you'll be right in the thick of it all! We're looking for people who can work well in a team and who have a positive and encouraging attitude. You'll need to be reliable, able to lift up to 50 pounds (so cancel that gym membership!), and be comfortable standing for extended periods of time. Of course, as we're working with food, cleanliness is a must, and attention to detail is super important. Don't worry if you've never worked in food production before - we'll teach you everything you need to know! All team members learn the production process and work alongside the company founders.
