At The Good Cleaners, providing great customer service is as important as giving you the best possible work environment! As a cleaning specialist, you love cleaning. You will ensure the quality and thoroughness of each clean. You enjoy exceeding customer expectations by demonstrating care and pointing out details some clients may have even overlooked. You also have a good sense of organization, and time management. Ideally, you have at least 3 years working for residential clients, or have worked in high-end hotels cleaning bedrooms. If you do not have much experience but have excellent interpersonal skills, you may still apply as we provide in house training. What we look for in a cleaner: * *Ability to take in feedback effectively and apply it on subsequent cleanings* * Time management skills * Strong sense of accountability * Empathy towards clients and their requests * Conscientiousness * Excellent work ethic * English is required - French is a plus *Important: We do not hire people without vehicles as our jobs require you use 1 Dupray steamer + 1 vacuum cleaner on every job.
