We are seeking a reliable and experienced *Full-Time Truck Driver (Day Shift)* to join our team. As a Truck Driver, you will be responsible for transporting moulds, dies, materials, and equipment to various locations. This is a vital role in our organization, ensuring that products are delivered safely, efficiently, and on time across Ontario and the United States. *Duties:* * Operate commercial vehicles, including *stake trucks, flatbeds, and pickup trucks*, to transport goods and materials * Perform *local, regional, and cross-border (U.S.) deliveries* * Load and unload cargo using *forklifts and overhead cranes* * Secure loads using chains, straps, clamps, and blocking materials * Follow all safety protocols and regulations while driving and operating equipment * Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on vehicles * Plan routes and schedules to optimize efficiency and meet delivery deadlines * Communicate with the *Manufacturing Manager and Shipping team* to coordinate deliveries * Complete necessary paperwork, including *delivery logs, inspection reports, bills of lading, and customs documentation* * Maintain accurate records of hours worked and mileage * Assist with general shop duties, packing, and material handling when required *Requirements:* * Valid *DZ Driver?s License* with a clean driving record * Minimum *5 years of commercial driving experience* * Experience with *Canada?U.S. cross-border deliveries* preferred * Proficient in operating *forklifts and overhead cranes* * Knowledge of vehicle inspection and basic maintenance * Strong attention to detail and time management skills * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision * Physically capable of loading/unloading and securing heavy materials * Excellent communication and customer service skills *Work Schedule:* * *Day Shift (Monday to Friday)* * Minimum *40 hours per week* * Overtime may be required based on business needs *Benefits:* * Competitive pay based on experience * Full-time, stable employment *How to Apply:* If you meet the requirements for this position and are looking for a challenging yet rewarding opportunity as a Truck Driver, we encourage you to apply.
