Our location in Essex at 380 Maidstone Ave W. is now hiring for full time and part time assistant manager position. Responsibilities: - Assist the manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth workflow - Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns - Train and supervise staff members, including conducting performance evaluations - Assist in creating work schedules and managing employee time off requests - Maintain inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed - Assist in conducting market research and analyzing sales data - Handle administrative tasks such as filing, record keeping, and data entry Experience: - Previous experience in a similar role or in a customer service position is preferred - Strong organizational and time management skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in math for handling cash transactions and managing inventory This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is motivated, organized, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
