As the <b>Associate Director of Care</b>, your responsibilities will include overseeing clinical operations, leading clinical staff, and ensuring regulatory compliance to enhance the health, safety and well being of residents </p><p><b>Clinical Management: </b></p><p>? Provide clinical leadership and guidance to nursing staff to ensure the delivery of safe, effective and person-centered care to residents </p><p>? Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans that address the individual needs and preferences of residents </p><p>? Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided, identifying areas of improvement and implementing evidence-based practices to enhance resident outcomes </p><p><b>Team Member Supervision and Development:</b></p><p>? Train, supervise and evaluate nursing professionals, including Registered Nurses (RN), Registered Practical Nurses or Licenced Practical Nurses (RPN/LPN) and Personal Support Workers or Health Care Aides (PSW/HCA)</p><p>? Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, communication and professional growth among team members </p><p>? Provide ongoing education and training to nursing professionals on clinical best practices, regulatory requirements and resident centered care approaches </p><p><b>Regulatory Compliance: </b></p><p>? Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, regulations and standards governing long-term care homes in Ontario or British Columbia </p><p>? Maintain accurate documentation and records related to resident care, medication administration and incident reporting to meet regulatory requirements and accreditation standards </p><p>?
