Lead the Parts & Service Business Oversee the daily operations of the Parts & Service Department. Deliver an exceptional customer experience and build long-term customer loyalty. Schedule service appointments and manage workflow within the service department. Work closely with technicians to maximize productivity and customer satisfaction. Follow up on estimates, service recommendations, and customer opportunities. Drive growth in labour, tire, parts, and service sales. Build trust and long-term relationships with customers. Monitor department performance and implement action plans to improve results. Develop and Lead People Recruit, coach, motivate, and develop team members. Foster a positive, accountable, and high-performing team culture. Lead by example through professionalism, work ethic, and customer service. Support employee growth through coaching, training, and development. Create an environment where teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement are expected and celebrated. Contribute to Store Leadership Serve as a keyholder and member of the store leadership team. Participate in opening and closing manager responsibilities. Support store operations, merchandising initiatives, inventory management, and special projects as required. Assist in creating a positive customer and employee experience throughout the store. Contribute to broader business discussions and store-wide initiatives.- Location Melville, SK
