*Vision Truck Group - Cambridge* *Position: *Parts Delivery Driver *Wage: *$25.11 per hour *Shift: *Monday - Friday 8am-5:30pm *What we offer:* * Competitive wages * Paid vacation * Boot allowance * Consistent full-time, year-round work * Annual wage reviews * Attractive pension program with company contribution matching * Annual loyalty bonus * Comprehensive benefits package *Responsibilities* * Picks up and delivers parts and equipment to customers, wholesale accounts, and vendors. * Checks with the Parts Manager, Outside Parts Sales Representative, Parts Counter Personnel, or Shipping & Receiving Clerk before leaving to coordinate any last-minute pick-ups or deliveries. * Loads parts deliveries in the delivery vehicle accordingly. * When picking up parts orders from vendors, verify that the invoice matches the purchase order for each pick-up. * Checks payments received with the invoices for each delivery. * Keeps an accurate log of daily deliveries and pick-ups. Requests the recipient's signature on each delivery entry. * Unloads truck each night. Turns in all paperwork. Undelivered parts are reported to the appropriate staff. * Handles basic maintenance of the truck, including filling the tank with gas, keeping it clean, and making sure required inspections are performed. * Advises the Parts Manager if delivery trucks need major repairs and maintenance. * Helps maintain the professional appearance of the parts department. * Helps with stocking and posting orders when they arrive to expedite delivery to shop technicians and wholesale accounts. * Maintains professional appearance. * Other tasks as assigned. *Required Skills & Qualifications* * Must have a valid 'G' license. * Must have and maintain a clean Driver?s Abstract while employed with the company. * Previous experience in a similar role considered an asset. * Able to physically move moderately heavy items. * Ability to work well with others. *Apply Now* We?re not looking for just anyone; we?re building a team of professionals who are Built Tough, people who show up, work hard, and take pride in keeping our customers moving.
