Its approach is intended to reduce waste, improve quality, support schedule predictability, and deliver efficient modular solutions for clients and communities. *Position Summary* The Director of Strategy & Business Development plays a key leadership role in shaping and advancing INTE Modular?s long-term growth strategy. This position is responsible for identifying market opportunities, driving strategic initiatives, supporting business development efforts, and aligning cross-functional priorities to strengthen the company?s position in the modular construction industry. The role requires a strong understanding of modular and conventional construction markets, commercial strategy, client relationship management, financial planning, and operational alignment. The successful candidate will work closely with executive leadership to support sustainable growth, enhance market presence, and deliver strategic value across the business. *Key Responsibilities* *Strategic Planning and Execution* * Lead the development and execution of INTE Modular?s strategic growth plans in alignment with corporate objectives. * Assess market trends, customer needs, industry developments, and competitive activity to identify business opportunities and risks. * Partner with executive leadership to prioritize strategic initiatives that support revenue growth, operational scalability, and market expansion. * Translate high-level business goals into actionable plans, timelines, and measurable outcomes. *Business Development and Market Expansion* * Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and market segments. * Support the development of client relationships and strategic alliances that enhance INTE Modular?s market presence. * Lead or support commercial discussions, negotiations, and proposals for new projects and strategic partnerships. * Represent the company professionally with clients, consultants, industry stakeholders, and potential investors or partners. *Financial and Commercial Leadership* * Contribute to business planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis related to strategic initiatives and growth opportunities. * Monitor the financial performance of key strategic projects and ensure alignment with approved budgets and business targets. * Work collaboratively with internal teams to assess project viability, profitability, and investment priorities. * Prepare strategic updates, reports, and recommendations for executive leadership. *Cross-Functional Leadership* * Work closely with design, estimating, operations, finance, and executive leadership to ensure strategic initiatives are aligned and effectively implemented. * Lead, mentor, and support team members involved in business growth and strategic initiatives. * Foster a collaborative, accountable, and high-performance work environment. * Promote innovation, continuous improvement, and disciplined execution across strategic projects. *Project and Initiative Oversight* * Oversee the planning, coordination, and delivery of strategic projects from concept through implementation. * Track progress, identify barriers, and ensure timely execution of priority initiatives. * Establish best practices, governance measures, and reporting mechanisms to support successful delivery. *Risk Management and Compliance* * Identify business, commercial,- Location Markham, ON
