The company remains committed to its mission of building financial security and confidence within communities. *Salary Range:* $45,000.00 To $75,000.00 Annually *Role Description:* This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mississauga, ON. The Business Development Manager will focus on identifying growth opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth. *Responsibilities include:* * Developing strategic business plans * Networking with potential advisors, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve organizational goals. * Frequent advisor interactions and presentations to promote WhiteHorse Financial?s offerings and foster trust in its services. * Deliver product and concept training (virtual and small?group in?person). * Activate new producers and support onboarding through structured engagement and training. * Provide case support including needs analysis, product positioning, illustrations, and navigation of underwriting/operations. * Build and strengthen advisor relationships through proactive outreach (calls, virtual meetings, selective in?person meetings). *Qualifications:* * Strong skills in Business Development, Client Relationship Management, and Networking * Strategic thinking skills with a proven ability to develop and execute Business and Growth Strategies * Excellent Communication, Presentation, and Negotiation abilities * Experience in Sales and Market Analysis * 3?5+ years in life/health distribution (MGA/AGA or carrier), inside sales, wholesaling support, or advisor development. * LLQP licensed * Results-driven and proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills * Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite * Bachelor?s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field * Previous experience in the financial industry is highly regarded Pay: $45,000.00-$75,000.00 per year Benefits: * Company events * On-site parking Experience: * life insurance industry: 1 year (preferred) Licence/Certification: * LLQP license (required) Work Location: In person- Location Mississauga, ON
